Stalin is the Managing Partner of “S&P Law Associates”, Advocates & Notary Public, a boutique Law Firm in Chennai located at Pallavaram, Chennai. He heads the Firm’s Litigation and Arbitration practice in the Firm. He supervises the entire administration of the firm and ensures that every papers of the firm are up to the quality standards. He has a passion towards legal profession and he is a great enthusiast in his way of practice in Madras High Court and its Subordinate Courts. He possesses rich experience in litigation sector and handled various cases in Madras High Court, City Civil Courts, Sub Courts, Magistrate Courts, Consumer Courts and Rent Tribunals. He dedicates his entire time towards the upliftment and growth of the law firm and introduces new techniques for the same.
Stalin is the active member of Madras High Court Advocates Association and handled cases in various parts of Tamil Nadu. He is an expert in handling Criminal Cases, Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Cases, and handled various complex Negotiations and Mediations Issues.
He is a Legal Advisor of SIDCO Complex Petty Shop Merchant’s Association, Industrial Estate, Guindy and his also a head of Advocates Wing in Kancheepuram District and his other interest are Politics and Writing Legal Articles.
In addition to being a practicing advocate, he is also Appointed to practice as Commissioner of Oaths by Madras High Court, Chennai and he is also a Notary Public, Government of Tamil Nadu.

Esther Priya is a Senior Off-Counsel Consultant in S & P Law Associates, and she takes a lead in the Firm’s corporate practice and also real estate & construction and projects & infrastructure practice in the Firm.
Esther has extensively worked on various complex real estate due diligence and has hands-on experience in handling all kinds of real estate transactions including extremely large and complex due diligence, commercial leases and sales, construction, design and building transactions, various forms of procurement of construction contracts, construction development projects, joint development ventures, build to suit leases, lease terminations, etc. Apart from the above advice on structuring the transaction, her work has included comprehensive title verification of immovable property diligence for several multinational companies regarding their entry strategies for India and Indian companies in the development of their projects, negotiations and preparation of documentations, advice on regulatory issues, risk analysis in relation to non-compliance, real estate related litigation, service level agreements for facilities management, professional services agreement. She also possesses good skills on drafting and vetting of property documents, structuring the deal, commercial deeds and general contracts. She has also advised various leading housing finance company regarding financing requirements on the property under the Indian laws.
In addition to being a practicing advocate, she is also a qualified company secretary holding membership with Institute of Company Secretaries of India (“ICSI”) and is also qualified for Independent Director’s Databank under Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (“IICA”) and has experience in handling corporate due diligence, structuring, and secretarial / compliance matters has experience in handling corporate due diligence, structuring, and secretarial / compliance matters and she has been actively involved in extremely large and complex due diligence relating to purchase of company and its shareholdings, merger and amalgamations and private equity transactions.
In addition to the above, Esther also has active experience in representing corporate / individual clients in real estate due diligence, property related litigations, corporate law and other related forms of disputes.
Prior to joining the Firm, Esther headed the real estate team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu for a reputed International Top Tier Law Firm.
